Our 50th slice of toast - Banana and cinnamon

It was time for our half century slice, for which we had banana and cinnamon. Ever since the simple cinnamon and sugar we had weeks back, Grace has found quite a love for this versatile spice. Not limited just to use in cakes, it can be thrown in to savoury dishes or in your tea or coffee for a chai twist.










Building this one was also good. We made towers with the banana and I do like to get overly involved in stenciling around the edge of my slice, resulting in a rather large quantity of cinnamon, but the stencil looked awesome. I loved it and so did Grace. Now go get yourself some ground cinnamon and you can start sprinkling that shit on everything!
